Extrusion
This is the process of applying polymer onto a paper base. Our unique material provides a layer of fine quality finish – customers can choose from glossy, matte, hologram, leatherette or more.
Lamination
This is the essential technology to merge and tightly seal each layer of photo paper. Our photo paper is water resistant for the best memory preservation.
Coating
At CHCoating, we take coating to the next level. Our unique and patented materials not only provide a receiving layer for dye to showcase the most vivid colors, our new coating technology is also more efficient and environmental friendly – extraordinary quality with half the production time to save costs and energy.
Printing
Color presentation is everything. Our dye sub colors can be evenly spread and controlled to provide continuous tones with the finest professional quality.
Winding Customization
Our winding capabilities can suit a great variety of customer needs and sizes. We provide both commercial roll type products, and sheet type for consumer or smaller quantity needs.
